Th hotel was at full capacity. No enough staff to check people in. 25 people in line and took 45 minutes to get to the front desk. Only one of two elevators were working. We had to constantly take he stairs up and down from floor 7. The room had a broken sliding door, there was an ear wig in the bathroom sink. The main restaurant was closed but they didn't even open the other restaurant on the weekend for breakfast. There was no room service. Minimal hotel food options given it says it is a resort. Th parking lot was full so no where onsite to park. This hotel is extremely overpriced for what they offer. Huge disappointment.

There were no pool towels or robes in our room when we checked in. We called down to request some. And hour later they hadn’t shown up so we called again. Another hour went by before anyone came to the room. We even attempted to ask a housekeeper working on the floor and they just told us to call the front desk. We were on the third call (and 2+ hours waiting) before they were delivered.

Only one thing, a clear plastic cup, still wrapped with a clear layer like new, in the room, above the fridge, have a chewed gum, green colour, left inside the cup, i throw it into bin immediately. Have no idea why previous guest do this. Otherwise, room were clean, staff responded when I call for bath robes and towels, but this little detail have to be careful too as I usually use one of the cup when brushing teeth.

The room was soo old! The town basically closed at 4 pm. The gift shop, Miss Margret's and most restaurants in town close at 4pm. The room was tiny, no paintings or decor; no life sadly. Kim checked us in and she was incredibly kind and friendly! Great staff member.

Our stay was nice, the pools are relaxing as usual. Quite crowded for New Year's but that's to be expected. What we didn't like: -Garbages around hotel overflowing and stayed that way all night -A LOT of dead poinsettias everywhere -No cleaning up around around pool area so all the small garbage people would leave by the side of the pool would stay there for hours -No one ensuring kids don't get too rowdy in the pools Seems like just a few basic aesthetics efforts would really improve guests' stays.
