Hotel condition is deteriorated. Cleaning is not their top priority. Horspeings pool has become a party zone at night. Not very relaxing. The price of the stay does not the quality. Very dissapointing

Room wasnt the one i reserved and it was awful! Dust balls between the mattress and bedframe and caked on the fan. Kids jumping off the beds upstairs at all hours. This trip was quite a big deal for me as i lost my husband December 23,2023 and it took a lot to actually leave my house. And im not rich and i KNOW i didnt book that room especially that section on advice from others. My health is bad and i was looking forward to this but it was definitely NOT relaxing (except the massage). You've ruined my weekend more than you know. Oh, but 5 stars to the lady who moved me. I wish it would have been longer than just overnight 😕

In previous courses when I came, they gave us slippers for free, and the quality was higher in every way, but unfortunately now they don't give us slippers, toothpaste, or a toothbrush, and I don't know why I'm coming for the fifth time now.

this room 418 had a musty--like dirty feet--smell. and the floor sloped in a way i thought it might slide into the hall! the step up into the bathroom was tedious. and there wasn't a handy electrical outlet at the bed. other times i stayed i had no problems with my room!

The carpet inside the room should be replaced, it’s too dirty and old. However, the amenities are excellent…should have signs around the pool “ please keep the noise down for others to enjoy the serenity and relaxation and no drinking in the pool” Thanks
