We had an excellent experience. All the staff was friendly and helpful. There are many dining options in the hotel. The pools are very well maintained. The only negative: the mattress was saggy. Otherwise, a all-around wonderful experience and we will be back!

The hotel is outdated and dirty. The staff is rude. Food in the Cooper Room restaurant is overpriced for the quality received. The only reason to go is an outside pool, which can be heated a bit more than it was.

Staff were excellent, very clean and the pools were wonderful. Downfall - the bed was so soft and sunk in any spot you tried to sleep. Ended up sleeping on the couch and floor.

Hotel is ready out dated. The hallway looks like the hotel in horror movie "Shining". Carpet is dirty with stains and beds are probably as old as the hotel. They are lucky they are the only hotel that has hot spring water.
