"I always take my family here for a nice mini vacation because the staff are always super friendly with superior customer service. Rooms are nice especially if you get two conjoined rooms. Hugh pool area for kids and very amazing adult area separated from the kids. Multiple hot tub options and great bar service."

"This hotel definitely falls under the "you get what you pay for" category. The sheets were not very clean. The room never cooled to a comfortable temperature. The shower water pressure was terrible and made a horrible screeching noise the entire time I was showering. There were obvious poorly repaired holes in the hallway and they ran out of milk and hot breakfast items two days in a row, at least an hour before breakfast was supposed to be over. We brought these things to the attention of the staff on day one and by two, there were still no noticeable improvements. I would not stay here again."

"Our stay was really nice, we especially enjoyed the gracious breakfast, the swimming pool could have been warmer but we are senior citizens so we are used to a 90 plus degree swimming pool at our senior club at Northfield MN. We really liked the view of Lake Pepin, beautiful! Our room was very nice and clean and the beds were quite comfortable with lots of nice pillows. Very happy with our stay and would choose it again."

"Such a friendly and caring staff. It's our "go to" when we are at Mayo Clinic - they take some of the anxiety off what is a stressful set of surgeries and doctors' visits. One less thing to worry about for sure. The shuttle service is second to none as well."

"This is a one star hotel, clean and simple. Laundry requires a visit to the bank for quarters but they did have detergent this visit. Half the washer/dryers and much of the exercise equipment was out of service. Breakfast is meh. The staff was hot and cold. Stay here if you want basic and inexpensive,"
