The check in process was frustrating the person checking us in did not appear to be familiar with the process, we had called ahead of time to see if we could get connecting rooms, the notes were made but when we arrived we were told that they had no options of connecting rooms, yet other family members that checked in AFTER us received connecting rooms. We also arrived early for check in to ensure that we could have a greater possibility of having connecting rooms. "
