Our bedding had stains on it. When calling desk to let them know they made us bring it to them and grab a new one. We took pictures. Vent in bathroom did not work. The front desk lady was watching tv in lobby before we could ask. The next day when leaving to do things in the city we asked if we could get our room freshened up and new towels. We had a do not disturb on the door earlier that morning so thats why we told the front desk to have our room done. She asked is your sign off now. We said yes. She said no problem i will let housekeeping know. We got make 3 hours later when we walked in she was in the lobby watching tv again. She then went behind the desk and said oh i got some towels folded now if you want them. She handed them all to me. We went to our room and nothing was done. I have pictures of our dirty towels laying by hot tub. Trash can completely full and bed not made either. I took pictures. I then put all the towels and trash outside the door. We went and said something to the other front desk gentleman that came on at first he was alittle defensive but calmed down when he understood what we meant. He apologized. The dirty towels and trash sat at our door all night till next morning. Also my boyfriend was getting our bags out of the car and fell on the ice. Their parking lot was not taken care of. He will be seeing a doctor for his knee and low back. Will never go back there again.

Total ghetto. Room has bare plaster patches all over the walls; the hairdryer intended to be attached to the wall is sitting on the counter while the wall has a broken bracket; the entire bathroom is completely rusted: the door frame, the shower head, the toilet inlet, etc; mold around entire perimeter of bathroom. The bed was ok but the pillows flat. Breakfast is supposed to go until 10 - we arrived at 9:30 and the cereal was being put away- the hot stuff cleaned up already. The one redeeming thing was the polite desk gal at check in. Don’t stay here if you can help it. We are not hotel snobs and have stayed at places from Marriott to Hotel 6 to little Mom and Pop stops. This is BY FAR the worst bathroom in any hotel we have ever stayed at.

Accidentally booked a handicap room. The person at the deck said there was nothing they could do as it was thur a third party. The room smelled , the bathroom was dirty, room was in very rough shape. It technically was my fault, but would never stay there again.
