My overall experience at the Hyatt Centric Charlotte SouthPark was okay, but there were several inconveniences that made the stay less enjoyable than expected. The shower water temperature was extremely hot and would not cool down, which made it difficult to use comfortably. Connecting my phone to the TV for streaming apps like Netflix or YouTube was also a challenge. There was no microwave in the room — only one available downstairs — which was inconvenient. I was also unexpectedly charged for parking, even though my reservation listed free parking as included. I’m currently disputing those charges with my credit card company. Additionally, the comforter appeared slightly dirty, and the in-room refrigerator was very small, only suitable for drinks rather than storing leftovers. On a positive note, the staff were friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever needed. However, considering the overall experience and the room rate, I don’t feel the stay was worth the price.

Mizo was fantastic-service and food. I did not expect an open bathroom (with the only privacy you get is when you're using the toilet) with no privacy for the shower. So for this sole reason I would not stay here again.

Amazing stay, only thing would have been to be told to validate parking every single time we left the parking garage. We were only told to give our info and they’d take care of it. Had to call to get it fixed when we received a notification that we owed for parking! Very clean and in a safe area! Would stay here again!
