I love how inviting the hotel was. the staff was very welcoming as well. the gym indoor pool in the winter, and Starbucks and breakfast at the bar . I spend thanksgiving there and I may be spending Christmas there as well.

The line to check in was over 10 people deep. It took over 40 mins and they only had 1 person. They knew they had some convention today and were understaffed. I never would have done this hotel if I knew there was a conference with screaming teen girls and no employees
