Stayed during the 2026 snowpocalypse - got to the hotel at midnight due to flight being cancelled, only one person at the checkin desk, longest line I've ever seen at a hotel, took 2+ hours to check in, no arrangements made for the 2 heavily pregnant people in line, got to the room - freeezing cold due to the heat set to 60F, bedside lamps unplugged so had to crawl in the dark to plug them in, thinnest blanket on the bed - slept in our jackets. At least it was clean and the shower water was warm. But no, I would not call the stay pleasant.

Close to everything. Was a perfect spot to go anywhere we wanted in Charlotte. A car is a good idea if traveling around. Room was as expected. Did find some eyelashes on the black bedside table.
