The stay was comfortable and pleasant complete with friendly and welcoming staff. Overall the facility was clean. I did run into some questionable staining on the bed linens to which I requested and was given clean linens (Sheets with staining should trashed not placed on a bed for the next guest). The sofa in the room also had some spots which resembled pet drool, I would recommend the facility to invest in a steam cleaning machine especially for rooms that house pets. Also, we were only given 2 towels and 2 wash cloths for a 3 night stay for 2 people therefore we had to request more of those from the front desk. The facility should consider the number of patrons and days of a reservation when stocking the rooms. Having to request clean linens and bath towels can be a real inconvenience especially those in town on business. Overall, the facility and staff did leave a good impression with a few minor tweaks this property could be on the 5 star rating.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The room was solid. Only caveats I encountered was that there are no microwaves in the room. They do have microwaves on your floor and in the lobby. The WI-FI was also down the rest of my stay. The hotel itself has poor cell reception. Had to step outside a few times. Still had a decent stay in the end.

Run like Forest Gump — Sonesta is a dump!

It’s a dated, dark rundown hotel without any contemporary amenities. Direct TV is the only option for viewing — no streaming apps. The hotel staff was kind and gracious, however, housekeeping, neglected to clean my room, There were plumbing issues in the bathroom with the toilet, running very very loud. Worst of all, upon arrival, there is misleading parking signage that indicates that you must pay in order to park, but when I checked in I was told by one of the staffers that it’s not valid. Because I paid with a debit card, I had to make a few attempts via email to get refunded for the $46 charge that I paid. I’ll never stay at this dive again.

Wifi was not free unless u want internet u cant play or watch any movies or games with my shower wouldnt stay closed fridge didnt work ac was squeaky u had to pay to park ur car on the lot and the food had no seasoning ther was no microwave in room and no chairs for the balcony and only one desk chair in the room i checked out a day early cus the stuff was broken and the area is full of homless and needles on the ground
