"The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff were very helpful. We had New Years Eve dinner in the restaurant, and amazingly, the chef cooked vegetarian menu just for us two that night! Eight plates were all very imaginative and delicious! The only thing that could improve was that there was no follow-up of joy up on the roof terrace, not even a countdown! Fun time seemed petered out by then. "

Very elegant and clean The only thing that was weird, which was more funny to us than anything was the back window opens to a central opening where a rear building of apartments shares windows to the same space as the hotel and your voice echoes to the apartments if you dont close your windows and the tenants get really mad and curse at you "

"Room was clean. Breakfast was fresh. Great location to shopping and restaurants. Only downside was the construction that made it difficult to access the hootel. Stull a great location and friendly staff. Highly recommended. "

"The whole experience was fantastic. Location next to Cathedral (central), friendly staff who went above and beyond to help us. Room was larger for a European room, bed was comfortable, shower was tricky, but once we figured out how it works, it was perfect. Restaurant was good (but there are so many other options walking distance from hotel we only ate there once. Offered umbrellas when it was supposed to rain, concierge worked to get us seats at Flamenco show. Made shuttle to ship pier available - just couldn’t have been a better experience. "
