                  Introduction to Barcelona

                  Your Barcelona vacation

Located on the Mediterranean coast of Spain’s Catalonia region, Barcelona is world-renowned for its extraordinary mix of modern style and traditional architecture. With a culture that reflects this contrast, you will find yourself delighting in the ultra-hip European lifestyle that permeates Barcelona’s classical traditions and values. Golden beaches line the Barcelona coastline. Live music, dance, and theatre spills into Barcelona’s boulevards. Romantic parks, heritage villages, and alleys wind through the city, inspiring artists and poets from around the world. With museums to rival some of the world’s cutting edge collections, and an incomparable urban nightlife, Spain’s most visited city beckons you to experience an unforgettable Barcelona vacation.

Best time to take a vacation to Barcelona

                  Best Time to Go

May and June are recommended as the best months for Barcelona travel, with warm weather and hardly any humidity. Since everyone is on vacation, this is also the most expensive time for Barcelona vacations. As the summer goes on until August, the waters off Barcelona’s beaches become exceptionally warm for swimming. However, the humidity goes up and temperatures sit around 30°C. With milder temperatures, September and October are excellent months for walking tours of the city. The winter sees plenty of rain, though hardly any snow. With the decrease in tourist traffic, this is the least expensive time to visit Barcelona.
