The hotel was a pleasure to stay in: pleasant, classical architecture, welcoming and supportive stuff, and great location. We usually take a light breakfast, so the one offered by the hotel was too sumptuous for us. Luckily, simper alternatives are at short distance outside. We loved our stay. Thanks!

Aside from parking being a bit of a pain (a couple blocks away, but the hotel is on a pedestrian only street), this is a great hotel. A couple of blocks from Barcelona Cathedral and the maze of very cool ancient side streets in the areas. The street is all fancy shopping, and the immediate area is very touristy, but you don't to have to go far to escape that. The staff had excellent referrals for very cool restaurants as well.
