I fussed over where to stay for my first (but not my last) visit to Barcelona. I absolutely chose the best hotel. Immaculate, the staff were wonderful and I loved the rooftop bar.

Great customer service. If you you don't mind the subway rumble underneath the hotel you will be ok. Easy acces to the hop on hop off tour bus. Easy acces to Airbus which takes you to T1 and T2 of Barcelona airport. 7 euros vs 30 euros on Taxi..

Front desk staff was excellent and did their best to get us in a lot earlier than the posted arrival check in time. A great touch was offering complementary wine, bottled water and high end chocolates in our room, as well as 2 complementary glasses of Cava (Prosecco).

This is a nice hotel but the elevator is quite small and too tight for a handicaped person on a wheel chair. The elevator is quite slow and should be upgraded.
