Mostly clean room. Some stains on the furniture. Not a huge deal. The worst part was the bed. It was like sleeping on a rock. For $350 a night I expected to at least sleep through the night. Have stayed here a few times visiting a student at UCSB. Like the location for easy access. It’s relatively quiet even though there is a fire department next door and it’s directly in the flight path of the airport.
