It was a busy Labor Day weekend, so requesting any amenities upon check-in was understandably denied. First thing we noticed was dirty socks underneath the cabinet. We were too tired to complain after the long drive. The busy weekend also meant the property was pretty loud with kids running around. Walls are very thin, and they were heard running and screaming throughout the night.

Good: Very nice hotel, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Convenient to UCSB, and close to shopping/dining. Not so good: Hotel has plenty of parking, and with the high price of the rooms parking should be free (but is not). Rooms have cheap, scratchy toilet paper - again, given the high price per night they could do better.

Missed on the description that they actually charge $15 for parking. Unfortunately the room above us had kids running around it seemed like all day and night, non stop while we were in the room at least. We asked the front desk and they said they can’t do anything about it nor even politely ask them to keep in mind to considers others are below them, unless it’s after 10pm. So much for being able to rest in your room.

The room was excellent, clean, spacious, best pillows, clean sheets & great service. They had live music on roof top. The only downside is they do not have room service or service by the pool. You must go up to the 4th floor, order your food, and must it yourself.

I loved this hotel because it once was the only one that offered free parking but not anymore. The only perk is the roof top restaurant. Breakfast not worth the $19 per person. Staff is friendly its a very nice hotel over all but will probably try another hotel on my next visit.

The staff were very accommodating to our early check in and late check out request. Excellent customer service. One of the two hotels in the Goleta area that allow pets which was super convenient. Loved that along with the large rooms with high ceilings. The rooftop restaurant happy hour was very relaxing and had a variety of options. Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend this hotel.
