Hotel staff was very friendly . The pond was beautiful ,well kept . Loved the crested duck ,turtle and fish . The room and atmosphere was excellent . The breakfast was great .

Was a great find and would definitely stay here again. Conveniently located north of downtown Santa Barbara and pretty close to UCSB. Nice grounds with a pretty lagoon and they also have a nice pool and jacuzzi. Good free breakfast and free, easy parking too.

My only suggestion would be to clean the chairs and table on the balcony as they were quite dirty and I did not feel like cleaning them myself so did not use them.

This is an older property, but is well maintained and up to date. It is conveniently located very close to the freeway, but with the garden facing rooms, the lovely pond and water feature blocked any noise. It's about 10 minutes from the heart of Santa Barbara. Breakfast in included - the pancake machine was a hit, and the staff did a great job at keeping things constantly stocked. It is on par with what you expect for a free breakfast.
