Cheap flights from Kona Coast (KOA) to Maui (OGG)

Kona Keahole (KOA) is about seven miles from Kailua-Kona town down Queen Kaahumanu Highway, travelers had best take a taxi or shuttle as the bus service is unreliable. Flights usually last for around 20 minutes to Kahului (OGG). From OGG it's about 16 miles to Lahaina down Honoapiilani Highway and 11 miles to Kihei down the Piilani Highway.
