As always people need more room on these overcrowded and cramped aircraft!
intercom on both flights was too loud.
One comment was free checked bag but I had to pay $30.00 for my checked bag. Maybe I misunderstood ?

Eppley Airfield (OMA) is located just four miles northeast of downtown Omaha and is easily reached by taking the I-480. To O'Hare (ORD), flight times to Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) are usually around one hour.
Upon arrival, visitors to the city can take a taxi from out front or make their way to either the bus or train station and travel to any part of Chicago or its suburbs from there.
Home to some excellent museums, wonderful monuments and vibrant nightlife, the "Windy City" is a must-see for anyone visiting the Midwest. The Art Institute of Chicago boasts works from all the modern greats worth mentioning, while the more scientifically inclined can visit the Museum of Science and Industry, the largest of its kind in the western hemisphere.
Baseball aficionados can go to Wrigley Field and see one of the nation's oldest ballparks. The Cloud Gate offers a wonderful photo op for visitors, while a wonderful view of the city can be had from Millennium Park's Ferris wheel.
