It was cool they changed my Pre selected seat to Comfort + for free when I boarded! More leg room!
I flew American going into Burbank via Phoenix, flight got canceled into Burbank, put me on a flight to LA, I was responsible for getting myself to burbank, cost me $55.00. I was told my bag wouldn’t be on my LA flight and would be flown to Burbank, not the case, in fact it did make the flight, so I had to drive all the way back to LAX from Burbank and go to baggage claim, it only took me a little over 90 minutes because apparently everyone likes to fly out of LA on Friday’s! 路♂️Now I see why people aren’t a fan of American Airlines! 郎郎
No food...had to pay for Wi-Fi
Having the controls to the entertainment system in the arm of the chair is a bad idea. My elbow kept changing the person’s screen next to me because I put my arms on the arm rest.
Not happy about the flight time being changed. When I booked the flight is was supposed to leave at 2pm. Then it got changed to 3pm. Then the flight was delayed by 30 minutes. I had a shuttle already scheduled along with a ferry to Catalina Island. If people book a flight at a certain time, they should get it at that time because they make other plans around it.
Not at this time.
I got a personal call from Delta— I left my journal in my seat and didn’t even know if lost it. They looked me up by my seat number and called me personlly— even looking to see that I’d be back at the airport to fly out in a few days and detailed instructions as to how I could pick it up then. The staff went above and beyond on this one! I am so grateful!
The audio was impossible to make out with the entertainment viewing. My only complaint.
No free carryon on return trip was lame.
