"Very beautiful, you can walk right up to the ocean from the pool area and the staff was very accommodating. The only issue was that the shoreline was a little uncomfortable to stand in due to the rocks/pebbles but was still nice regardless."

"Amazing resort, with amazing service. Vacation was excellent. Nichols the gentlemen that takes everyone's bags to there rooms is an amazing employee. Julio and Fernando the bartenders at the swim up bar at the main pool made grea6t drinks and the service was amazing with them. The negative, we felt pressured to attend a Hyatt sales pitch to become a Hyatt rewards member. Once the presentation was over they were to pushy for us to buy this service. other then that it was a great trip."

"The room was clean, and most of the staff were friendly. The restaurants were okay, but the breakfast was excellent. The quality of the drinks could have been better. We didn’t use the pool or any of the other facilities."
