Property could use more maintenance -- please recognize that this is an older property and shows signs of wear -- but the location on the beach is a plus. Please ensure that you verify and validate that your room is satisfactory when you first get there -- our AC didn't work and we were dismissed until i forcefully asked for a different room. The next one they gave me was one with an AC that did not turn off.. I took the win with no complaints and left door open when the temperature needed adjusting. There are other hotels in the area I'd recommend also checking there -- I will in the future. Also don't prepay -- you limit all your options if you need to find other accommodations

I like the fact it had easy access to the beach, it was clean & all the workers I interacted with were all very friendly. On the other hand, every night usually between 8:30-1:30 there was always loud pounding above my room. I believe there was the laundry facility in that area. It kept me awake & very irritating. I had to wear earplugs & it still didn't eliminate all the pounding noise.
