There were kids running the halls late at night and the person above us was jumping off beds and you can hear everything. Someone knocked on our door and ran after midnight. I called and complained and they did nothing."

"This property was perfect for our girls' weekend getaway! We had a group of 5 and it was the perfect amount of space for everyone to spread out comfortably. The outdoor space was definitely our favorite — we spent a ton of time hanging out on the front deck and around the bonfire. (Bonus points that wood was already provided!) Coming from the city, it was so refreshing to just unwind and soak in the peacefulness of nature.As a professional cleaner, I have pretty high standards when it comes to the cleanliness of wherever I'm staying — and this place absolutely delivered. No complaints there! We did have a small issue with the TV, but the host was amazing and came over within minutes to fix it. Super responsive and genuinely so sweet. She also mentioned she has another property on the water, so we are already excited about planning a future trip to check that one out too!We truly felt at home here and made so many great memories. Highly recommend! "

Host did nothing to rectify the experience. Also, required me to sign a 7 page rental after booking."
