"Chipped paint on the floors in the hallway from the walls. Air conditioning unit in the room was loud. Woke me up at night. Walls are thin. Could hear the T.V in the next room which was on half the night. Blow dryer didn’t work. Paint drippings in the tub."

"The rooms was not clean. The first room was very nasty. They had to change my room and when they changed my room, I couldn’t fit in the bathroom with my wheelchair. I asked them would I be able to fit in the bathroom with my wheelchair? They say I guess they will not. They didn’t give us the keys to our new room. It’s so late. I’m trying to get a refund because I did not stay there. They keep giving me the runaround and hanging up. I am very upset. "
