I have been going to this hotel for over a year secondary to work- it used to be customer focused but I don’t get that vibe anymore- when I went to check in after my shift at 245p on Sunday, no one at the front desk except kids running thru the lobby- when the front desk person did show up, she stated we do not have rooms cleaned at as expecting a huge construction crew- unbelievable but she did find one room on the third floor and gave me the key- when I went in to the room, it was a mess and not clean- when I went back to let her know, she responded ‘oops, my bad, wrong room.’ When I went to get the rest of my things, the housekeeper was outside smoking- I had no problem with that, but maybe clean the rooms first. Again, this hotel used to be a nice place to go to after work, but now I dread the check in process and what to expect.

Nice place to stay. Good hot breakfast. The room was nice but the bathroom door needs to be sanded down & painted or replaced as the paint is badly peeling. The faucet was wobbly & needs to be adjusted or replaced. It was had to regulate the water. I could hear people above us walking around.

My friend and I had a recent weekend stay. The beds were very comfy, the room very clean, the staff was friendly, helpful, and allowed us an additional hour to checkout. There was a good selection for breakfast though the dining area is very small. There was a wedding going on during the second evening of our stay, but it didn't affect us except for a few children running in the hallway which seemed to shake the whole floor. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Too crowded, too noisy, people were watching TV watching games at the lobby and keep yelling so loud, the parking is every where. I feel not safe and not even resting that night. The sounds heard from our room. Breakfast isn’t good the egg isn’t cook properly it’s watery mushy. I will not recommend this hotel at all!!!

I have stayed in Comfort Inn properties before, and I had a good stay. This was my first unfavorable experience. Upon arrival it took a while to be checked in because there was one staff person working the desk who was responsible to answer internal/external calls and check-In guests. It was recommended by the staff person that I stay on the first floor for better comfort (Not sure why). This was a terrible decision. I could hear doors opening and closing as well as people talking in the hallway. That night I noted one flying bug which I thought was one nat. I would soon find out by the morning that this was an infestation. They were all over the walls/mirrors. I suspect that they were being pulled in by the AC which was facing a grassy/garden area. The rooms have individual units, not vents. I notified the front desk of the situation and I had to produce pictures of the bugs, and the staff member also came in the room to confirm this was present. I requested a room change and was moved on day two. The upstairs room was quiet/comfortable and bug free. This makes me wonder why I was recommended such a terrible room "hand-picked by the staff". I feel that they have too many things in one area. The dining, business/computer stools, and gambling machine are all in the same vacinity.

The carpet was torn up and filthy in our room, the shower drain was clogged and filled the tub as we showered, the towels had stains on them, the area around the hotel felt very unsafe. I would never stay here again.
