"So we get to the property and the check in was quick but not very informing at all , more like dismissive. I got a single bed room with a shower/tub , in the room no fridge or microwave also no towels and one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom , at this point I just decided to stay because I already paid my money and it was essential for me to be in Providence. Breakfast directions were not given to us as we should have some type of instruction due to COVID but nope, remind you I booked two nights so I had to endure poor service and limited amenities as well . I won’t be back. Hotel is in a great location but that’s about it, I assume I paid for the location."
