Our room was located on the bottom level, across from the pool. It was humid and warm due to the pool room being nearby. Additionally, our toilet clogged multiple times and the shower remained clogged during the entire duration of our hotel stay. We were unable to use the shower due to the amount of hair and residual water in the shower which was disgusting. Hotel maintenance did come and unclog the toilet however the shower was never remediated. We would not stay here again.

The bed was comfortable and the location was very close to the airport and car rental. The room decor was very outdated. The bathroom was terrible. The wallpaper was peeling and you could see mold on the wallboard and the backside of the wallpaper. All near the shower/tub so I was not comfortable using. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and this most likely explains the peeling paper and mold. Stayed for two nights. Would not stay here again due to bathroom conditions and the elevators needed cleaning.

Time for a new bed in the room we stayed in. It is completely breaking down-collapsing and very noisy. Not at all up to the standards I expect based on all my other stays in a HIE.
