Fantastic location

A very nice hotel in a beautiful location. The outdoor seating areas and pool are very nice. The room is spacious and it was great to have a balcony to sit out and look at the amazing views, the bed was uncomfortable. Under staffed for breakfast so left waiting for coffee and fresh food. Do be aware that the chapel bell rings on the hour all night.

Staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights on a motorbiking trip, bike was parked safely. Rooms was great with a fab view of the lake. Food was delicious!

The property was lovely but we specifically asked for accommodation with a restaurant and when we arrived they told us that the restaurant is closed on a Monday. I think that that should be made clear when you are booking. We would have chosen alternative accommodation.

Our stay was memorable and beautiful. We loved the balcony with a view of the lake. Also really enjoyed swimming in the pool and the lake. Perfect location for the Rose Festival. The room was cozy and had nice amenities like coffee and water. Breakfast was excellent with many options. I highly recommend the Beau Rivage for a relaxing stay away from the crowds of Lucerne.

This was our favorite hotel stay on our trip in Europe. The views are amazing, and it's right on the water. The room was a decent size, and although the hotel is older, the bathroom and room have been upgraded. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. We came at the end of summer season, so the town was very quiet and slow, but it was a perfect time for the end of our honeymoon.

Hidden gem.. if you are looking to get away from the city but still be a boat ride away from Lucerne, this is it! Pool nice.. grounds clean and on the water. Close to ferry service. Really good food and service. Vlad at the front desk and Nello in the dining room exceptional.

Wonderful location on the lake . Staff member helpful. Hole in wall caused by door handle , needs repairing and door stop put there. Room was very worn and bed and head board definitely need replacing , 2 single beds put together with a big dip in the middle , not the most comfortable bed . Village view room looked at roofs , quite noisy in the street below . Breakfast was average and hot breakfast only luke warm Pool and jacuzzi were nice , lovely area to relax . We enjoyed a very relaxing stay here . The hotel contacted us by email on our second day saying they like to have an excellent review and to speak to them if we had any concerns , we did speak to reception about the state of the bed and headboard and were told sorry to hear that !

Wonderful hotel beautifully situated on lake.

The hotel is located about a 40 minute ride from the city of Lucerne. In an exquisite location on Lake Lucerne with breathtaking views of snow capped mountains and lush green vistas. The restaurant was outstanding with a quality breakfast that I can’t imagine not satisfying the toughest critique. Dinners were first class delicious and the wait staff very professional yet quite affable. The room was spacious, nice shower. They are in need of some minor touch up to bring it up to the quality of everything else.
