This was our second stay at the hotel and I was again impressed with it. The hotel location could not be better, easily walkable to the train station, restaurants, shopping, and Lucerne historical sites. The staff all spoke impeccable English and assisted with directions, tickets, etc. Our room was modern and clean.

It's a pleasant property with a clean, adequately sized room. I wasn't offered any amenities or special deals for dinner or drinks. The area is very walkable, with plenty of restaurants and sightseeing opportunities.
