An exceptional hotel. Stunning location, friendly and efficient staff. We were welcomed worth a cold towel and refreshing drink after a long journey. Hermitage hotel is a wonderful place to stay Rafaela on reception did really great job on assisting us. Every staff there are nice and kind. Waking up with the lake lucerne and mountain view was amazing. We definitely coming back. Highly recommended for others to enjoy.
