It’s great hotel but not worth the money. We stayed in a 4 star hotel in the area that had as good a room, better breakfast, many restaurants around for quarter of 20% of the price. It just wasn’t worth it.

Beautiful hotel with unique lakefront location. Incredible views and easy access to Lucerne and other lake locations via the ferry that stops just outside the hotel. Super stay with friends in the property. The lake view family room which consist of two rooms is really spacious, view is breathtaking. You have access to a private beach with paddle and kayak. We are definitely recommending this property.

Stayed in family rooms 313/314. The trash area is right outside the windows of these rooms. Loud trucks/workers were taking the trash out at 7 am. Windows were open for a breeze since there is no AC at the hotel so you could hear everything. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast was good and the ferry pickup is right outside the hotel. The view was beautiful but there’s not much a shoreline there to sit around the lake.
