Al's Lazy Bear Lodge

If you're looking for a unique, family friendly, quiet getaway in a rustic lodge in the woods close to the Finger Lakes, this is your spot!

The space
The LBL is a loft type cabin built in 1973. Since 2019, there have been many upgrades to the building; new roofs on both the house and garage, 200A electric service, water heater, air to air HVAC unit. As new owners of this second generation AB&B, we are continuously performing maintenance and improvements to the property. The newest being the refrigerator and extensive tree removal to brighten up the yard and to facilitate a solar system install on the south facing roof to be installed in the summer of 2024.

Guest access
The living area, deck, grounds and dog run are available for the guest usage. The basement is not available, nor is the garage at this time but maybe in the future.

Other things to note
The tap water is not potable for some people therefore, drinking & cooking water is provided in 5 gallon jugs from Susquehanna Valley Water Condition Co. from the carafe.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home, which features a refrigerator. There's a private patio. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer.
