We were locked out of our room from our first night. We had to spend the night in a different room without all of our belongings, no food, no cell phones, no wallets to get anything no clothes except for what we were wearing and I was wearing only a dress. We werent offered anything in the meantime either. Yes we were in another room thankful for that but let's be real its the least they could've done. We werent able to get into the room and get our stuff until 6:30 pm the next night. They did give us a refund for the weekend but refused to reimburse the food lost or anything else. A terrible experience that ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN! To think i drove 7 hrs to spend the weekend with my boyfriend and thats what we dealt with.Our moods were down , we were upset and on edge. We tried to make the best of it anyways no thanks to the management who clearly dont know hiw to communicate becasue the one manager that was there the first night didnt tell the next so when we called sat. Looking for an update he had no idea and we had to now wait for him to call some one which then took hours for them to break into the room. They seemed more concerned about what was happening to the door frame rather than the guests they had starving without their belongings. Sad excuse for management and problem solving.NEVER AGAIN ! They should be shut down. wallets or clothes. We kept getting told a time frame they would have the locksmith

Many unsavory characters hang out in the parking lot daily. Elevator broken for a couple days. Not very clean. Room was not ready at 5pm

Requested a handicap accessible room... not even a hand rail in the bathroom. The bathtub was slippery. My walker wouldnt even fit into the bathroom door to allow any assistance. Upon arrival, just after dark, there were a small village gathered at the front door all smoking cigarettes that drifted into the lobby as well as the stinch of Marijuana all down the 2nd floor hallways even though every room we passed had no smoking signs on the doors. But... at least the bed was comfortable. Marijuana all throughout the halls

There was a used towel hanging in the bathroom. There were only 3 towels in the bathroom when we had 4 people in the room. The nightstand was dirty. It looked like someone had spilled something all over it. There were candy wrappers on the floor behind one of the headboards. The dresser drawers wouldn't stay closed. We stayed at the same hotel in July 2024 when it was under a different name, and it was in much better condition. We would not stay there again.

A number of long term tenants congregate at the entrance and smoke within feet of the non smoking facility. It was raining, we had to walk through the second hand smoke to enter.

Where do I start. Do I start with the open drug use in the parking lot the homeless in the parking lot in the adjacent parking lot or do I start with the found bedbugs not only in my room but the adjoining room that family was staying in. We both checked out after an hour checking in And after two weeks, we are still waiting for a refund. This hotel houses homeless and nowhere on its website states that. This hotel should not be open to the public and New York State Department of health was contacted to investigate.

Needed an overnight for work. The place is clean and well maintained. Not much of pretty interior... the room was in very good condition with new furniture and fixtures. One oddly nice bonus - a full size toilet.
