Enjoy a seasonal heated in-ground pool, hot tub, tiki bar, putting green, fire pit, sauna and pond for catch-and-release fishing. Inside, the game room offers Buck Hunter, classic arcade games, a 3-in-1 game table, and a 65-inch TV for fun in any weather.

Located in the Finger Lakes region, the home is just a short drive from Stony Brook State Park, Letchworth State Park, Canandaigua Lake, and Naples, NY, making it an ideal home base for hiking, wineries, and outdoor adventure.

Fantastic stay

We were a multi generation family of 16 people and found this property for our family vacation. The house was HUGE and there was plenty of space for everybody to spread out and not be on top of each other. We knew the house was a little remote from a lot of things but we planned accordingly. We stopped at Costco after we landed in Rochester and stocked up with essentials and meals for the week. We drove into town a few days and found some local lunch spots. There were some outdoor areas that needed some extra tlc and were run down. The pool was a great size for a big group of people. We also enjoyed the hot tub and sauna.
