Weird things kept happening to us -- we paid the hotel for parking but then the machine at the garage didn't recognize the validated ticket and tried to charge me to get out; at check-in we were told our first 2 bottles of water were included but when I asked later at the front desk where to get the water I was told it's in the room and sort-of accused of lying when I said there wasn't any water in our room when we arrived; the alarm clock in the room went off at 6am; the fitness center was hot as a sauna... Just not a super wonderful hotel experience."
