Great stay, smeared by nickle-diming and scamming

The bill was wrong. All these fees from the mini bar which we didn't use and then we had to reverse charges. Shame on you for trying to nickle-dime us and scam us with the drinks. Also, the $27 fee for an urban experience is just plain robbery and you know it. Again, shame on you!. Aside from that, we liked our stay there. The people at ther front desk were very professional.

Very disappointed in this hotel. Did not feel clean and the service was extremely slow for everything. The rooms had just a sheet over the mattress so you could see the physical mattress which is disgusting. Do NOT park your car here. Took over 2 hours to get my car and valet staff is really rude. Overall not a great experience and will not be staying here again. Very upset as I usually love Sofitel properties.

The lobby was attractive. I liked the closet area since I was with a friend. I used the sofa bed in the living room and it could have been a bit more comfortable. Staff was very helpful incluing the man who went out of his way to get us a taxi.
