This home is entirely new construction inside. Main floor bedroom with a full bed, eat in kitchen, full bath, living room. A spiral staircase takes you to a master bedroom the whole length of the home with a queen bed & a futon. Oversize deck for plenty of outside entertaining or just relaxing with your coffee or a cocktail. Washer & dryer for your convenience. Enclosed yard with outdoor shower surrounded by a privacy fence. This home is the perfect beach bungalow.
