Property wasn’t horrible, walking into the room it reaked of bleach I’m assuming they put it in the fan to “clean it” parking was a disaster at night so get your spots early. Pool was freezing cold, staff was pretty nice tho try and get a room as close to the ground floor as possible walking to the 4th floor (no elevator kinda sucks) Now for the positive great places to eat walking distance and the beach is maybe a 10 min walk Overall not horrible

It wasn’t bad but could have been better.

I would say I would give this place either a 5.9 or a 6. Only because the cleanliness of it wasn’t good at all. There was bugs in the room almost every day plus there was a big bug on the wall on the day that we checked in, the second we walked in our room. Then it took them most of our stay for them to clean the pool and then we couldn’t get in it until our last day there and then the pool table really needs a refurbished or they need to buy a new one because one of the holes kept falling out as we were trying to play the game and the balls rolled all over the room. Also it looks so badly beat up as well. Then there cracks all over the room so bad It looked like the room could have used a make over or get repainted. We also had to buy a Zevo bug trapper because there’s flying bugs everywhere trying to get in our faces and in our food. The zevo actually managed to catch four of those bugs, it was not pleasant. The only reason why we made it through that week and stuck with that hotel was because one girl that worked there, I didn’t catch her name, but she was wonderful to us and she did everything she was supposed to do so we thank her for that. Everyone else that worked there were slightly rude and the maids there were not so nice either because they always came at the wrong timing and plus one time when I was in the shower they were trying to rush me out because they just had to get that room clean right then and there instead of coming back at little a later time.

Limited parking so you needed to be mindful of leaving, however close to beach, boardwalk and restaurant so you could walk. Rooms are clean but tiny. No breakfast only coffee. Lost power briefly day of check out causing room to be dark and hot while packing.

The hotel staff was nice. Rooms need to be updated and painted. Our shower door keep coming off. We did not report this issue. Rooms are small. Halls and stairs inside needed to be vacuumed. The place was clean for the most part

Horrible not worth the money they charge.

Room wasn’t what was post in descriptions. Ac didn’t work. Room was dirty and small. Not once was my room cleaned. No room service. No housekeeping. Room had dirty pillows/bedding. I had to take out my own garbage get my own trash bags, get my own clean towels, got my own toilet paper. No elevator and my room was in the fourth floor. No lock on the door it had been removed. Door wouldn’t shut all the way had to put my suit case against the door to keep it closed.

The suite had one lamp. No towel bars, no hot water, no microwave, flooring was not done properly making it hard to walk, not enough seating for suite, parking was terrible not enough handicap parking, n amenities.

Online booking photos are deceiving.

Multiple things in our room were broken when wr arrived, the tv did not work, and the roof leaked. When we brought it to the desk attendants attention, we were told maintenance would be informed. Thats it. We wont be back.

Rusty, noisy window air conditioners, and exposed wires on the outside of the building that appear to be a fire hazard. Accumulation of trash at the back of the building that signal general neglect.

I woke up with various marks on my legs and more and more kept showing up. I checked in with a doctor and they informed me that they may be bed bug bites. I only stayed at this location for one night. And while things were not the most clean, I would never expect to have gotten bedbugs bites.

The hotel is located in a prime location, easily accessible to a lot of different things walking so I would say that’s a pro. I wish the property would use pictures for their rooms that are just 1 bed because the size of the room was extremely small. There was NO TOILET PAPER (we had to ask for toilet paper). The TV was stuck on Spanish, tried to get help from the front desk, they claimed it was the cable company. I figured out how to switch it to English myself so it wasn’t the cable company. We also found a bed bug in the bed. The room smelled terrible if the AC wasn’t on. Obviously, our expectations wasn’t super high because of it being an “Inn” BUT we wasn’t expecting it to be like this.
