The room with the kitchenette was very nice. Staff was very attentive. Has an outdoor and an indoor pool with a Jacuzzi. Also, a nice touch was the two hour complementary bikes.

Rooms are extremely clean, very friendly staff, bartenders were great, and we really enjoyed the outdoor pool most of all. Front desk staff were extremely helpful, we even got to check in early because our room was ready. I would highly recommend the grand hotel and plan on returning!

The hotel is very good, and the pools are very clean. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you are traveling with elderly people, there is quite a long walk to get to the beach, as was the case for us. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we had a very good experience.

This is a large hotel on Beach Ave. Pool and restaurant on site. Room was comfortable and clean with good climate control and a small balcony with an angled ocean view. Ample parking on site, a big plus in Cape May. Breakfast in the Hemingway Restaurant was excellent. I needed a room overnight, and I chose this hotel bc it’s within walking distance of the Cape May Convention Center and a room was available on short notice. The hotel lacks charm and character, but is a very good accommodation overall.

The staff was very friendly and supportive of the accommodations that were available. The room although unorthodox in the layout, was very clean and comfortable. The pool and beach staff were friendly and always provided service with a smile!
