Dingy old hotel, carpets in the hall are gross. Everything is gray. Our window faces a concrete building next door. No view. Pool area very concrete. No pizzaz. No ambiance. Drinks were very weak ( prob water down the liquor) . I don’t recommend. The only thing that was good was the location. Parking sucks too, you have to park in a lot up the street two blocks away.

It wasn’t the worst hotel I have ever been in but the pictures of the room were definitely not accurate. It was very small. The bed was On a frame but that was it. No headboard or anything. The sheets were not clean and neither were the towels to be honest. It was quiet in the hotel. We really didn’t hear any of the other guests which was a plus

The property is severly lacking. The carpets are covered in stains. The bathroom was updated but the lights didn't work and shower drained backed up leaving you in 3 inches of water. Look elsewhere.

Nice, convenient location to our intended activity

A very simple room with a nice balcony view of the ocean. The bathroom was quite tiny. The sliding shower door had to be left open in order to use the toilet properly. There were very few hangers in the closet. The only place to sit down inside the room was on the bed. One side had a small low table that was used as a nightstand. The other side had nothing. We brought in a chair from the balcony to place my suitcase on. The other choice was the floor. There was no dresser for drawer space. We had to leave most clothes in the suitcase. The balcony floor got wet with the use of the AC unit. The balcony door did not seem secure. There were horizontal plexiglass / glass slabs which allowed air to freely flow inside the room. The breeze was AMAZING especially when we were able to prop the room door and the balcony door open!! The rug was very dated and seemingly (visibly) dirty.

We got a "retro refurbished" ocean view room. It had a balcony which we were hoping for. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was relatively clean. The hotel is in a great location and was decently priced. We were in the part that wasn't renovated and it was overall a bit of a mess. The carpets were very stained, there was old food containers left in our room, and it didn't seem to be vacuumed before we checked in.

do NOT book. false advertising-the pictures on the site are no way what you are going to get. my room was not cleaned with dirt on the floors and finding items in the bed. they had no other rooms to offer and we had to leave.

Very outdated and not very well kept. The pictures online are very deceptive. Definitely either AI generated or heavily edited. Room was very small, minimal storage and seating. Literally only a bed and an ikea night stand. Door to the patio was only blinds no glass so you hear all the street noise. Only good thing is that it’s close to the broad walk but definitely not worth the price and wouldn’t recommend or return.

The motel is in a great location, walkable to all of the best restaurants and right across the street from the boardwalk and beach. The motel itself is dated and the room was dingy. The bathroom was newly renovated, however. The carpets are dirty and the amenities are poorly maintained. I spoke to a guest who has been coming here for years. It seems like there is new ownership that does not put as much care into the property as previous ownership.

The room wasn't clean, the towels were stained. One light bulb in the bathroom worked. Balcony was dirty with garbage left there from previous rental. Crumbs left on side table. Staff was amazing tho! Hotel bar and tiki bar was a big plus for our stay. Extremely continent and walkable to everything.
