No ice machine even though they have ice buckets in the room 2. A closet to hang clothes, but no bar or shelf to allow you to do that. 3. Hit water just warm and weak stream. 4. Zero rooms ready to use at the 3:00 pm check-in time. I can’t explain that. 5. No bkfst at all. Yes, that was in their amenities list, but for that price you should get something."

"The atmosphere at Sophy | Messler in the mornings is vastly different from the evenings. Sophy is a great hotel for an evening of posh and pampering in an immaculately prepared guest room. Messler’s Chicken and Waffles is the pinnacle of perfection! Though every in of the place is beautifully curated, the evenings in the lounge are a bit loud for my taste. Nevertheless, I would give my stay at Sophy and my dining experience at Messler’s a solid 10/10."
