Parking is easy enough, but not inexpensive although very close. Check in a bit unusual, but pleasant. Room and location are outstanding and I plan to return for the value, space and access to transit. Recommended for sure.

I picked the location due to its easy accessibility to public transit (TTC) and the University of Toronto. I.e., I cannot comment about parking! I was in one of their suites which was extremely comfortable. The hotel is next door to a pub and on the same block as several fraternities and so there could be an issue with noise for some people. I sleep like a proverbial rock and so it did not bother me.

- change the carpets…. They were disgusting - answer the phone when a guest is trying to get a hold of you - put at least 2 more coffee pods in the room - it’s not just a pub restaurant next door….. it’s a full on night club! ….. that wasn’t in any info I read…. I guess we got what we paid for….. maybe!

The room and the property were amazing. However, I think it shouldve been advertised that the hotel stands nxt to 2 frat houses and that the pub (a property next to the hotel) would be full of belligerent 19 yr olds pouring into the street, vomiting and breaking glass bottles into the middle of the night. Also the "on the property parking" was 100% occupied by the nightlife revelers and we had to park block away. That was a unwelcome inconvenience. It was a beautiful property but I will not be returning

Toilet paper was half used, had to hunt around for someone to check us in/out, carpet was wornout, left my shoes on...lol...heater was loud and located in bathroom, other peoples personal items were in the room, bar music thumped into the morning hours but the hotel provided earplugs in the room...comical really...should be advertised as alternative experience
