I will never stay here again. I requested early check-in because I knew I would be getting in early so it was on my reservations. When I got to the hotel around noon, I had to wait because the front desk lady was having a personal conversation with a guy that was already checked in. So then once it was my turn, she told me that there were no rooms available because they were sold out the night before and most people are just checking out at noon. Then she tells me that check in is at 3pm and that I can go over in the dining area and wait for 3 hours like are you serious. I leave and come back at around 2:45 p.m. to watch a white couple in front of me check-in, get a room, but again when it's my turn, she says to me, the cleaning staff are still working on the rooms and doing their inspections and again tells me that check-in is at 3pm and I can go wait in the dining area while she calls to see if they are done. I was beside myself and couldn't believe I was being treated this way. It was around 315pm when I finally checked in for my room. The room was pretty average and there was a nice fan in there but didn't work. Also in the bathroom, most nicer chain hotel offer shampoo, conditioner and body wash but of course my room didn't have all three. It was just one more thing that was not pleasant of an experience for me. I won't be staying here again for sure.
