Ideally located just 15 min to all the excitement of the strip. 10 min trip to hiking in Red Rock National Conservation. Best of all worlds. The condo is a ground level unit with two queen size beds and offers, WIFI, cable with 3 big screen TV's, outdoor patio, outdoor pool/jacuzzi (please note the pool is open April 1 - November 1), assigned parking space, walk to restaurants and bars. Very clean condo featuring brand new granite counter tops, brand new cabinets, stainless appliances and washer dryer. Beautiful real wood burning fireplace for coziness. Quiet and serene location. This is a non-smoking/pet free unit. Smoking on the patio is permitted.

This was my best experience I had renting a condo. The owner was very responsive and helpful. This condo was very clean and incredibly supplied with everything, even a small cooler for your car. The kitchen had everything from spices, baking dishes, foil wrap, paper towels, coffee supplies etc. The bedrooms had extra pillows, blankets, lots of towels, hangers, tv. The laundry had plenty of detergent available with a basket. I come out the Las Vagus to hike and climb at Red Rocks Canyon and I hope this condo will be available for my next trip.
