I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at the Golden Nugget Hotel in Lake Tahoe. Upon check-in, the front desk staff member Jennifer was extremely rude and unprofessional. Throughout the entire stay, the room heater was not working. We contacted the front desk more than eight times, and each time we were told a maintenance person was on the way. No one ever came, and we waited in the room for hours, which completely ruined our day. We then spoke with the hotel manager, Jaelin, who acknowledged the issue and confirmed that a full refund would be processed through Expedia due to the inconvenience. This experience was unacceptable and far below the expected standard of service. I respectfully request that the full refund be issued as assured by the hotel management.

We got a room with a lake view (beautiful!!) the room was a little outdated (it still had Hard Rock decorations) the bed had a hard stain on the mattress protector, and the toilet was loose. Most importantly the bed was comfortable!
