I didn’t have any issues with the staff themselves, but the beds were awful—hard and squeaky. We also discovered roaches in our room, which we didn’t notice until 11:30 p.m. When I mentioned it to the front desk at checkout and asked about a discount, I was told it was up to the manager and that I needed to send an email. I’ve emailed, but I’m still waiting for a response. The front desk staff didn’t apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience; they simply said, “I’ll leave a note for the manager,” which made it seem like this wasn’t the first time they had heard of an issue like this.

The air conditioning kept stopping and wasn't cooling, there was a coat in the closet, I suppose from the previous guest, I don't think they even changed the sheets because they had hair on them, anyway we only went to spend the night and we couldn't sleep.

This review is specific to the room. The lighting was too low. There was no water pressure in the shower and the Dish network signal was terrible. This was a handicap room so these this described above must be even better for comfort.

I love the location of the hotel as many things are def within walking distance (or a cheap Uber ride). The only caveat is that hotel is outdated and rooms are smaller. Definitely workable if you do not care about fancy hotel aesthetic, just a place to rest and shower. But def satisfied with the stay here.

Check-in is at 3:00 and at 4:00 they had a line 40 min long because rooms were not ready yet. The hotel is dirty, old, rundown, smells of mildew, bugs in rooms, small square pillows and air wasn't working. Never again will I stay here!

The hotel was ideally located for Flagler college. The staff were friendly snd helpful. The room was clean and comfortable . Parking was safe and close to the building . We will definitely stay sgain when next in that area.
