"I arrived on an evening with storms and heavy fog. The front desk clerk was mildly friendly and provided almost no detail upon check in. Like that the cable had been knocked out and my TV didn't work. She advised I just unplug to reset. That didn't work. I could never connect to secure wifi service and the staff was not helpful with this. My shower door would not stay closed. Even with a washcloth jammed in there- I gave up. The room guide was missing. As a property, I was so disappointed to find no restaurants nearby. I won't be staying at this property again."

"Clean room. Facility is clean. Structured. Room very comfortable. Valet attendants go above. Courteous, helpful as I am handicapped needed care to load/unload. Once we learned the access to the hotel not being where the casino is was much easier. A lot of construction in the area. "

"My room was great, the heater broke but the maintenance guy brought me a portable one right away. The only downside was there were towels left in the dryer when i checked in. Location is great. Staff are very helpful."
