Stayed at this hotel for its proximity to the airport, and ability to park and fly. The fridge in the room sounded like it was dying. The floors in the room were laminated and were sticky. The lights above the bed did not work. When I arrived back at the airport I called quality Inn to let them know so I could retrieve my vehicle. I told them where I was standing and they said it should be fine. Called again and mentioned that I was standing at a certain wicket they told me again it should be fine. I did not arrive to pick up my vehicle which was 6 minutes away till 2 hours after my flight landed. The limo driver made sure I understood that people staying at the quality Inn do not get served first. The whole experience made me just want to get out of the states as quickly as possible.

Horribly took a deposit supposed to be only 100 dollars took 150 dollars and 25 days later still haven't received it back my bank says they haven't released it yet called corporate absolutely no help offered me points on my next stay. Deposit was more than the damn room. NEVER AGAIN

The staff was very nice. The tv volume did not work. The layout of the room was nice and the bed was comfortable. However, there was no comforter on the bed and the blankets were thin. The building itself is in need of repair and paint. The furniture in the food area looked old and stained.

It is what it is. A cheap place for a quick stay. But they really need to get on the house cleaning. The smell as soon as I got off the elevator on the 2nd floor was right in your face, or nose, as soon as the doors opened. Besides that smell, the room was okay I guess
