"Love Hotels.com. But this Holiday Inn sucked. There was a long wait for room because they were not cleaned yet. I paid for early check-in and was not able to do it. The room had a strong musty odor..had to buy air freshener. The bathroom floor was soaking wet and we had to place towels on the floor to help dry it. The front desk clerk was wonderful and understood my issues. His partner and direct suprvisor was acondescending and made jokes about my need to get into the room for an important ZOOM meeting, as I paid extra for early check-in. He tried to make jokes until I intervened to let him know that this situation was not funny. I am contacting his manager today also."
