The manager that was onsite the 27th of November was rude. I went into a room were the mattress was stained bad like fresh. The first room wasn't ready. She put me in another room the same thing. It was terrible. The microwave was not useable and filthy. The bed was terrible the bathroom was also dirty. Would not recommend.

The sheets and bed covers were disgusting. All stained, there was trash under the fitted sheet and the mattress topper stained with blood and what looked like urine. The mattress topper covered another waterproof cover all with grotesque stains and trash. How does trash even get there? Its cheap, not worth saving a few bucks

From check-in to check-out I had problems. I checked in October 18th and when I got to my room it stunk it smelled of cigarettes and this was a non-smoking room. So I went to the front desk and she changed my room to the room next door but she informed me that she couldn’t change my room again( if I was dissatisfied) because it was a busy booked night. And that if I was unhappy with my room they would just have to issue me a refund. So I got to my room it was a little better. I noticed above the shower though that it looked like it was some type of damaged but I didn’t see any leaking so I let it go. 🙄 I shouldn’t have let it go. The next morning when I woke up to get ready to take my shower the ceiling started leaking really badly through my shower/ tub and I wasn’t going to take a shower because it could’ve collapsed through. So I called the front desk and the agent switched me to another room so I could shower and extended my check- out time by an hour. I say this to say that whomever cleaned that room knew that the ceiling looked bad like that and should’ve reported it to the front desk so that it could be Vacant and no one would be placed in there. I was disappointed. I’ve stayed at this property too many times for them not to have at least offered a free night stay or something on my next stay as an apology. I booked through Expedia and they were the ones who offered me something and an apology. Smh

The room needed a mayor improvement in optics and painted I dull colors. Shower was missing shower head and I could not see anyone using the coffee machine within room.

The towels are stained brown. The breakfast area is filthy and the breakfast options are barely existent. The staff person was sleeping on the couch when we arrived. It wasn’t late. She did not give us any info on where our room was located, the breakfast hours, the WiFi or check out time. This place is filthy and poorly managed.
