Was a nice place to stay. The property was set away from the major traffic on a service road, which was a plus for privacy and noise. The front desk was attentive to requests for an extra coffee packet and sugar. Room was clean, bed was clean, shower and facilities were clean. (I have a blood, urine light that exposes unclean surfaces)- a good thing to have when staying at a hotel. If I ever have to stay in Shreveport, LA. again, this will be one I will consider. Much appreciation for the hospitality!!

Better than expected. Clean room, new towels, comfortable bed and pillows, no bad smell or mold. All amenities worked well. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was standard. The only down side is the noise from the highway.
