The manager that was onsite the 27th of November was rude. I went into a room were the mattress was stained bad like fresh. The first room wasn't ready. She put me in another room the same thing. It was terrible. The microwave was not useable and filthy. The bed was terrible the bathroom was also dirty. Would not recommend.

Very nice

This is one of our favorite places to stay when we visit Shreveport/Bossier. The front desk staff are always very welcoming and courteous. The rooms are always clean and the rates are very reasonable.

I had booked a room with Expedia and paid for it online in advance. The female behind the desk was very rude and insisted that I have a picture ID. My wallet was lost and the person working the desk 2 weeks ago had no problem giving me the room that I had already paid for. I had my work/picture ID and she still refused to give me the room. She told me that I had to go elsewhere. Will never stay here again. EVER!!

I did not stay! I tried to check in, and explained that my ID was in my car somewhere, I drove straight in from Houston with all my belongings, my Mom died a few days ago. I told her if she would give me a little time to look through my things I would find it . She was VERY rude to me so I left.
