This was a decent hotel but I could not have stayed a week. The room was comfortable enough for the single night I stayed and the staff was very friendly and kind. Police all over the area, it’s right next to some kind of police department. Very commercial area.

Perfect place to stop for the night traveling through Shreveport. Nice location right off I-20. Well lit facility with ample parking. Only suggestions I have would be to lighten up on the air freshener in the rooms and keep the breakfast area open past 9am on weekends.

The area wasn’t safe. People in room next to me had a party all night so at 2:00am we had to change rooms. The hotel worker asked them to turn off the loud music but the guest did not listen.

The staff were really welcoming ( I don’t remember their names). The property had a new, modern feel ( I think newly renovated). Very clean, snacks and beverages downstairs. Bed and pillows were comfortable. I personally had no complaints. Right off the highway and near the airport if you’re flying in or out. There is also a Southern Fried Chicken nearby. So it started off good besides a little hair on soap dispenser containers we just rinsed off. It started with the opening and closing of doors and I said it's not too bad I can just tune it out and get some sleep the only thing is every time that they would do that it would have rattle my door a little. It was about 1:30 in the morning and I was struggling to sleep because of the noise. When abruptly a female knocked on my door and with a low voice said housekeeping. It was only me and my son so I was very scared because why is housekeeping out at one something in the morning. I immediately called the office and she said she didn't see anybody in the cameras but that she would walk the floor and look. She was very nice about it and it made me feel a little bit at ease but I was still scared. I guess you could say too many first 48 shows. I laid back down and throughout the night the doors kept opening and closing and my door cut rattling which sounded like someone was grabbing my door knob and shaking it. It was around 5:30 in the morning and I was still awake and we had plans that day as it was my son's first time to visit Louisiana. I was a little bit upset but I did make the best of it because it was not his fault that I did not get sleep. That morning when I went to check out I was speaking with the employees at the front desk and they told me that there was a party going on and that they were very sorry. I told her I didn't know and I got zero sleep from all the noise.

Bathroom and sink area was dirty. Hair all under the sink and pubic hair in the bathroom on the floor and in the shower area. Baby in room next door cried all night long and kept us up. No complimentary coffee in the room to drink in the morning.

Very impressed with this property. Only stayed one night, but very nice room, clean, fast check in, hot breakfast. I would come back. I'm in a uhaul, pulling a trailer and there was plenty of parking around back.
