Terrible experience will never go back.

Booked two rooms one room had no towels or refrigerator and microwave. The second room had no hot water, a broken coffee pot and no blow dryer. So had a cold shower and couldn’t even dry my hair as no dryer in the room.

Needs to be torn down

The front desk clerk made me aware there was no water but it would be back on. I found that was very professional of her. The water did come back on later that evening. The original room I had was at the end of the hallway next to an open stairwell that I found to be unsafe. The room was filthy! Old peeling leather on the chair, dusty furniture and base boards, rust in the frig and all throughout the bathroom. The skirt on the bed had several white markings. I requested another room and that room was better but the shower handle kept falling off. By morning there was no hot water so I had to shower in cold water. Wasted money! Won’t be back there!!

This property needs attention. There’s a lot of deferred basic maintenance to the walls, plumbing, etc. that is cosmetic but leaves a lot to be desired in experience. The sidewalks and pool surface were painted but not with paint that has grit. So, with the summer rain, the sidewalk was slippery. The stairs of the pool were slippery and my spouse fell getting into the pool. If you can spend a little more, stay at the Hilton up the street. It’s a much nicer hotel. The staff was great, friendly and helpful.
