Older hotel but saved me a lot of money over staying at the casino. The shuttle driver took us over to the casino in 2 minutes and the staff at the front was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the pool was nice.

I frequently visit Shreveport and this is the only hotel I stay in. The staff is wonderful and so are the rooms. It is comfortable and also has a bar/restaurant.

The manager and assistant manager were super helpful and friendly. The cleaning crews worked hard to keep everything clean. The room was spacious, but the carpet was very worn and everything was outdated. The bathroom was in serious need of an upgrade.

The bed was very clean. No bugs in room. Door does lock. Fridge and microwave present however did not verify if it works. However the shower was moldy, and the noise coming off of the highway is very loud. The room is spacious but dated. Works great for a few hours of sleep. Never mind the sign in the lobby lol 😂. Basically says “stay your own risk”.

Do Not Stay at this hotel!!! This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed. The facility is run down and houses Shreveports homeless. Holiday Inn needs to tear down the building or take their name off the facility.

The carpet was old rooms didn’t smell real good but no toilet paper is in the bathroom. It’s a lady up front. Sheila almost look like she was doing everything herself. she was working on 6/2/26 and was very pleasant and helpful she should probably be working days and running that place
