Housekeeping replaced towels as asked and trash bags immediately. Towel bar and tissue holder fell apart. And construction zone outside my room was loud at times but staff were friendly, helpful at front desk and throughout. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. I liked the Lavender Peppermint toiletries

I had a problem with the shower door being stuck. The maintenance man Carl was really professional and worked on it a long time and got it to work. The property is aging but it looks like they try to keep it clean and functional.

The property itself was fine. My issue was I reserved a King Sized suite but had to settle for a Double Bed room on the Pet Friendly Floor due to that being all available. And the mattress was too soft for my back.
