Room hadn't been cleaned and was falling apart. Wallpaper was coming off of the walls, bed was worn, sticky stuff on the bathroom floor that i called the front desk about but no one ever showed up to clean it (believed to be cola). Room smelled. Bathroom didn't vent. Carpet was stained, Furniture was stained. Room phone didn't work.

I took my daughter and grandson this as i have many many times before. We got ready to go to bed after gambling until nearly 2am. We pulled the covers back and the bed sheets were filthy, still wrinkled like someone just got up from them. Si, the bed wasnt changed at all-on top of the fact it was made up backwards with the sheets on top, was just sickening because the bedding was nasty. I just cant tell you how disgusting that was for my family. Also, the bathroom floor could not be walked on due to some type of oil wet on the floor- maybe hair supplies? Baby oil? I have no clue but my shoes were ruined AND my service dog walked thru it and had to be bathed later on. I called and of course the lady moved us to another room-all this at 2am!! We got no sleep at all- got up and left early. After thousands of dollars i have spent there just this summer really makes me unhappy because ive never experienced this before. Its fair for me to just get a refund for that night because if i dont- i will not be back again. I really enjoyed it there but they do need to do something to prove they care about what i went thru. I dont want a free room, i just want them to do the right thing and issue me a refund for the absolute terrible night.

Hotel room 706: coffee maker did not work. The AC unit is leaking water in the corner of the room, creating a big wet spot in the carpet. The shower knob is barely holding on, feels like it could fall at any moment and hard to control water temperature. One of the phone’s cord would not stay plugged in. The other phone kept giving busy signals to whatever I called. Tried ordering room service a few times but couldn’t. Staff and casino were excellent.

I enjoyed our stay! The staff was very friendly, starting at the front desk during check- in. Andrey, was very helpful, polite and professional. Also, the staff at check- out had the same professionalism. I didn't experience the food. The casino was nice. The room & bathroom was nice and very spacious! There was a problem with the bathroom, in spite of its look. There was mold around the showers. The cleaning staff need to take care of that problem expediously. Other than that, i would stay at Bally's again.
