"We were extremely disappointed upon check-in to find out that the hot tub and pool were closed. If we did much traveling perhaps we would have known that due to the pandemic the pool and hot tub would be closed. But this was a rare holiday trip for me and my wife and the description of the hotel that I read on CheapTickets spoke of and showed the pool and hot tub AND that free breakfast was also available but it wasn't!! We feel that we were tricked and could have chosen a cheaper hotel. We should have been notified ON YOUR SITE, that these amenities were not available prior to booking!! VERY ANGRY!!"
